ATTY. ROVIEL B. NEPOMUCENO
Founder and Managing Partner
Roviel Nepomuceno is the founder and managing partner of NALO. Roviel has been in the legal practice since 2007. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree in 2002 from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from San Beda College of Law as a member of the Dean’s List. He landed among the top five percent (5%) of the successful bar examinees in the 2007 Philippine Bar Examinations.

His legal practice spans a wide range of areas including Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial, Civil, and Criminal Litigation, Data Center, Power and Renewable Energy, Petroleum, Technology, Foreign Investments, Land Disputes, Corporate Governance, Real Estate, Corporate Law, Equity Restructuring, Maritime, Labor and Employment, Banking and Finance, Job Contracting, Manufacturing and Logistics, Education, Interactive Gaming and E-Commerce, Settlement of Estates, Family Law, Insurance, and Healthcare.

Roviel successfully represented Aboitiz, DMCI, and Northern Star in negotiating the contract with Shell Pilipinas Corporation for the construction, operation, and management of Fuel Terminals in Davao City, Cebu City, and Calapan City. Roviel was also successful in a Php45 Million civil suit against one of the biggest fishing companies in Southeast Asia.
Roviel concurrently holds an important Board seat and acts as the Corporate Secretary of various corporations. He serves as the Corporate Secretary of Sta. Cruz Storage Corporation (Davao Fuel Terminal), Therma Cebu Energy Inc. (Cebu Fuel Terminal), Frontier Power, TopTeam Power, Digital Graphix Hub Techonologies, and JRSS International. He also advises leading companies such as Mercury Drug Corporation, Intellicare, AboitizLand, Lima Land, The Forza Group of Companies, Northern Star Energy, Philippine Transmarine Carriers, PTC Holdings, Lifelinks International Resources, Prime Marine Services, Reiwa Group of Dialysis Centers, SRK Education Group International (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain in the U.A.E) ACM Landholdings, Axxaz Asia, Tent King Group, Health Metrics, Inc., NuU Asia, Smartpark, among others.
Outside his firm advisory functions, Roviel is an entrepreneur and a part-owner of Woodlands International Homeschool. He is also currently involved in several non-profit projects and activities. He was the Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Metro Tagaytay-Kalinga, Inc., an organization that promotes the welfare of children, which was cited as the Most Outstanding Club by the Philippine Luzon District of Kiwanis International in 2022.
